Rule13 is launching 3 new events.
Two new seminars and a coaching academy.
The first seminar will be a day-long and will focus on movement assessments and correctives for the group exercise class. It will show you how to assess movement and develop a corrective strategy that can be built into the warm-ups for your athletes. This means your athletes can still train together in the main workout but have an individualised warm-up to help them correct any imbalances or problematic movements. This will help you as a coach to safeguard your athletes from injury and make them more efficient with their movements.
The second seminar will be based on the philosophy of coaching. We will cover the psychological side of coaching and working with athletes/clients. We will strip down and improve ways to work on goal setting, visualisation, communication, motivation and much more. This will be a full day with lots of useful information to make you a more rounded coach and help you guide your athletes towards their goals.
Lastly, we have the Rule13 coaching academy. This will be a Monthly/bi-monthly meet up with like-minded coaches and athletes. We will cover a different topic each time from the world of strength and conditioning, coaching and sports psychology. We will spend the day looking at the theory and the practical implications of the topic being discussed and share any experiences or problems we might have come across in our coaching careers.
If you would like to host a seminar or be part of the coaching academy then send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact 07740298222 for more information.
