Rule13 has launched a new website and a lot of new services.
We will be offering online programming that will cater for all athletes of any sport and any ability. Programming will be designed specifically for you and only you. Generic programming doesn’t work. We will use the latest information from the world of strength and conditioning to cater for any of your sporting needs.
We are pleased to announce our nutrition coaching services to help with performance for your sport.
Maybe you need to look at your nutrition due to illness.
You might just want to look better.
So keep an eye out for different packages available or feel free to contact us if you want to get started asap.
Coaching mentorship or strength and conditioning mentorship is also a new option available. If you want to have someone to run stuff past or help with any problems or questions arriving from coaching then this will be ideal for you. I know a lot of people are now doing weekend seminars in the world of strength and conditioning but this barely scratches the surface of all the info available. if you want to be part of a group and have regular meetings and workshops the look out for our S&C mentorship group.
We still have a our psychology services. This could be what you need to give you the edge in competition or in your training.
Look out for new workshops. we run a half day workshop on kids training. this is 4 hrs long and looks at setting up a program, fundamental and foundational movements, pitfalls to look out for and training kids compared to adults plus much more. If youd like to host a workshop then please get in contact.
We are also launching a coaching workshop/seminar in the near future. this will look more at the psychology of coaching, goal setting, motivation plus more. This isn’t a how to coach movement course but how to connect with your athletes/members and how to be a better coach psychologically.
