RULE*13 can provide you with programming, but more than this we also provide nutrition services and support to help you meet your goals.
Our psychologist can provide one-on-one sports psychology assessment and intervention. We also offer a range of group workshops or training sessions in programming, psychological factors such as motivation and resilience, or nutrition.
At the head of RULE*13, you have Jonny. He has over 15 years in the fitness industry, starting as a personal trainer then opening the first CrossFit gym in Northern Ireland. He has also traveled the world teaching seminars. He has since gone back to study, to complete a BSc in Strength and Conditioning and also has gained qualifications in nutrition and nutrition coaching. Jonny is excited about all sport and is driven to support amateur athletes to move forward as well as professional athletes who want to be the best they can be.
RULE*13’s in-house psychologist has worked with a range of athletes from club to international level in individual and team sports. She has also used a range of psychological techniques to help individuals perform better in other performance domains such as public speaking and business.
