Today’s workout is, 25-20-15-10-5 Reverse lunges (use weight if possible) 5-10-15-20-25 Press-ups (weighted vest or raised feet to scale up) Rest 5mins 25-20-15-10-5 Lateral lunges (use weight as above or weighted vest) 5-10-15-20-25 Burpees (weighted vest)   Enjoy and go for unbroken
