Today’s workout is: 100 double unders/jumping jacks 50 squats 100 double unders/jumping jacks 50 press ups 100 double unders/jumping jacks 50 burpees 100 double unders/jumping jacks   Weighted vest if you have one for a bit of a challenge or do weighted squats with whatever you have to hold.   Enjoy
